Registration procedure

Please make sure the format of the document you are trying to upload is doc, .docx, or .rtf. If your document is one of these formats and the problem persists, please send your essay to our email support@writersboom.com
Your sample essay should contain 275-350 words. There is no particular format required for the essay. However, we recommend that you use Times New Roman 12 pt. font. Apart from that, please make sure your essay is 100% original and all the used sources are properly cited. The topic is chosen automatically for every applicant, and is changed only by Writers' Manager per reasonable applicant's request via email support@writersboom.com
In order to check the progress of your application you need to log into your account and find the Account Information box on the top of the page.
The registration on Writersboom.com is absolutely free.
Your application is checked within 72 hours after you pass all the tests and submit your writing sample.
Your application cannot be considered without a writing sample. If you have uploaded it to the system and there is still no reply, please check your email (inbox and spam folders). If there is no reply from us, there may be some problem from our side. In such case, we would like to ask you to send us an email at support@writersboom.com

Sure, we can provide you with your proofread writing sample upon request. However, we would like to warn you that the decision is final and non negotiable. You can re-apply for the position in 1 year.

You are activated

Log into your account and go to the "Available orders" section. There you will see a list of available assignments with the requirements (subject, topic, number of pages/slides, type of work etc.) and payment for each particular order. Choose an order that matches your field of proficiency and carefully check "Paper Details" and the uploaded materials, if any, before applying for the order. If you are sure you will be able to handle the case and complete a high-quality product on time, apply for it stating a justified reason for us to consider your application.

If you have been assigned to an order, you will receive an email notification from Support. You will then have to confirm that you have been informed and started working on the order.
There are no restrictions on the number of orders you can apply for. However, we would like to ask you to apply only for those orders you are proficient in and able to complete.
There may be a few reasons for that: either the customer has not provided all the required materials, a specific writer has been requested to work on the order by the customer, or your fields of proficiency do not fully match the requirements of the order.
Yes, we provide customers with 3 free revisions if the customer's revision instructions do not contradict the initial ones. The customer can request a revision any time before the approval or within 14 days after approval in case the initial instructions were not followed to the dot.
In such a case, you should notify the Support Team (via message in the system or in chat) and the Customer (via message in the system) about contradiction. However, if you agree to complete some additional work according to the new revision instructions, we will make sure to compensate you for the extra work.
Yes, you can bid with a higher price if you think that the offered payment is not justified compared to the order's complexity and the amount of required research. On the other hand, if an order is relatively easy and requires minimum efforts, you can bid with a lower price and increase your chances to be selected for the order completion.
It is forbidden to use any orders completed on Writersboom.com for personal gain. It will be considered as fraudulent activity and may lead to serious consequences as described in our Terms of Use.

You need to meet the following criteria:

  • At least 12 points out of 15 for grammar test
  • 20+ orders completed with no major mistakes
  • Ability to write at least 50 quality pages per month (30 pages for Expert Writers)
  • No customers' negative feedback on the quality of your works
  • 24/7 availability over the phone and in chat
  • No late or plagiarized works submitted
  • At least two months of constant and active work on orders
  • At least 3 orders with customers' positive feedback
  • Ability to complete at least 10 orders of Help Needed category per month.

If you do not meet the above criteria, you might still be eligible for the Expert status. Further on, provided steadily flawless performance from your side, you will be able to apply for Professional status.

In order to apply for the Expert or Professional Writer status, please, log into your account and press the "Get a Promotion" button. If your request for promotion was declined, you can re-apply in two months after the previous application.
  • Expert Writers get a 15% bonus on every order successfully completed and approved by the customer.
  • Professional Writers get a bonus in the amount of 25% for each successful order. Apart from that, Professional Writers are automatically assigned to the orders right after they click on the "apply" button. Exceptions are applicable to the orders that require further clarifications.
There are several formatting styles that are used in academic writing. These are APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian, and Harvard. For more information about these formats, please check the Newcomer's Guide.
  • Quality of products you provide (plagiarism-free, timely delivered, written without any grammatical or punctuational mistakes).
  • Following customers' instructions.
  • Number of urgent or help needed orders completed.
  • Customers' feedback on your work.
  • Missed phone calls from our Support Team. This applies to the cases which are in progress or when the status is "Revision in progress".
  • Plagiarism rate (you are to deliver original and unique works only).
  • Lateness rate (if you have missed the deadline).
  • Withdrawing from the job without a valid reason.

We have the Fines Policy on our website that is explained in detail on your control panel in the correspondent section. All the cases and conditions where a fine can be applied are listed there. Here are the main issues you may be fined for:

  • Plagiarism
  • Wrong formatting of the paper
  • Not answering the call
  • Late submission of the order
  • Retraction from the case without a justified reason
  • Delivery of a poor-quality work
  • Not following instructions

Payment

It may take a few days for the money to be transferred to your account. It depends on the payment option you have chosen. However, all payments should be fully transferred till the 27th.
If your earnings exceed 100 UAH, the money will be released and sent to you via your preferred payment option. Please mind that the money can be released at the very last day of the payment period, which is the 27th of each month.
It may happen due to the fact that you have not chosen your preferred payment method and are yet to provide us with your payment details. If this is the case, please provide all payment details in the Payment Statistics section on your control panel.
In order for the money to be paid for a completed case, it should be approved by the customer. Once the order is approved, you will receive a correspondent notification. The payment is automatically added to your balance upon the order's approval. Therefore, in this case the customer has not yet approved the order
